  • Francor, a joint venture between Casilco Corp. and Camoge Inc., is formed for the purpose of purchasing a 9,000 square foot office building on E.C. Row Expressway occupied by Sunlife. An adjacent building lot goes with the property.
  • Carvera Corporation is incorporated to serve as the Corsini family’s holding company.
