  • Winross Capital is formed as a joint venture between Casilco Corp., Adrico Holdings and San Carlo Foods. A 5,000 square foot warehouse, where Culligan is the tenant, is purchased along with a two bedroom condominium at the Pinnacle on Riverside Drive in Windsor.
