  • Aprof Inc. purchases Leamington Office complex, a 15,000 square foot office building in Leamington, Ontario. A parking lot land assembly soon follows with the purchase of three adjacent properties.
  • Falom Inc. purchases two houses behind 880 Ouellette, then proceeds to demolish the houses with full intentions of eventually turning this area into a parking lot.
