  • Tibi Inc. is formed in order to purchase 240 acres of orchards on Harwich Township. A tenant is found to rent the land and run the fruit stand.
  • March. Falom is incorporated in order to purchase ½ interest in Thames Towers Apartments, a 180 unit complex on the banks of the Thames River in Chatham, Ontario.
  • June. Fernet is incorporated in order to purchase Ouellette Tower Apartments, a 202 unit apartment building in Windsor, Ontario.
  • September. Ukpik Inc. is incorporated followed by the purchase of Leamington Tower East, a 71 unit apartment building in Leamington, Ontario.
  • November. Falom Inc. purchases remaining ½ interest in Thames Towers from Bradlea Meadows.
