  • Falom Inc. purchases 880 Ouellette Avenue, a 60,000 square foot office building in Windsor, Ontario. This is Casilco’s first purchase of an office building as they continued to diversify their investments. 880 is anchored by Windsor’s top tenants including Lloyds Bank, Metropolitan Life Insurance, London Life Insurance, Great West Life Insurance and Allstate Insurance.
