  • Inuk Inc. is incorporated in order to purchase Harbour Tower Apartments, a 104 unit apartment building in Windsor, Ontario.
  • Nannin Inc. is incorporated in order to purchase a 186 acre marsh referred to as Bear Creek Club for the purpose of reclaiming 90 acres of farm land. This property was sold in 1997 to Ducks Unlimited and renamed the Sileno C. Corsini Conservation Property.
  • Michener Industrial Mall, a 48,000 square foot building, is purchased by Falom Inc. and three joint ventures, those being Karlett, Camoge and Sanrok in Sarnia, Ontario.
